Original record and sources
The city begins where your foot leaves the boat.
Eight furnished rooms put lounges, workbenches, storage and workspace behind layered glazing. The gallery and stairs connect the rooms to the quay; a roof terrace and service equipment make the building read as a place with daily use.
The landing brings travel and repair into the same building: benches and instruments behind glass, shared tables on the roof, and a gangway down to the water.

- This record describes documented model geometry or supplied story context; it is not evidence of a real city or tested engineering performance. Production context: The new detail pass follows the supplied waterfront, facade, podium and ferry-dock references while keeping the established world lighting and the distance between scenes. This is a modeled location, without an invented district name or resident ownership.
